Dining and leisure:

• The member must present the WMC Prestige membership card before billing
• WMC Prestige dining and leisure discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts; and cannot be applied for bookings of:
  – Company events
  – Weddings
  – Conferences
  – Meetings
• Special offers are not applicable for temporary card holders with 5% discount
• Not applicable for spending accumulation when member purchases mooncakes and Oktoberfest tickets.

Hotel:

• Paid nights are based on short-term rate bookings.
• Room nights must be reserved directly through WMC Group managed hotels and serviced apartments (The Reverie Saigon, Sherwood Residence, Sherwood Suites, and Windsor Plaza Hotel) at least 48 hours in advance with your WMC Prestige account number.
• One free room night applies for a standard room type and subject to availability.
• To receive credit for the value of a hotel room night, the name on the WMC Prestige membership card must match with the personal identification of the guest staying in the hotel.
• Authorizations are not accepted.

Partners Promotions:

• Discounts are only valid at the time of purchase for non-sale and non-promotional items at Eurasia Concept showrooms.
• Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or coupon.
• The member must present with their WMC Prestige Card at time of purchase to receive the discount.
• The discount is applied at the time of purchase.
• The discount cannot be redeemed for prior purchases.

Personal Data Processing
To enhance the member experience and comply with applicable laws on personal data protection, WMC collects, updates, and processes the personal data of members for the purposes of operating and promoting the WMC Prestige membership program, providing partner benefits, and sharing such data within the WMC ecosystem (including parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, and relevant service operators) for these purposes. WMC is committed to safeguarding data security and processing data in accordance with applicable laws, and to using such data strictly for the stated purposes. Members have the right to access, rectify, or withdraw their consent in accordance with the law.

Amendments to Program Terms and Conditions
The detailed contents of the Program Terms and Conditions are subject to change from time to time in accordance with the Company’s conditions and policies. Any modifications or updates to the Program Terms and Conditions will be updated periodically and notified to Members via the contact channels provided by the Members (Zalo, SMS, email), and shall take effect as of the date of such notice or as otherwise specified therein.

Program Termination
WMC reserves the right to terminate or transition the WMC Prestige membership program at any time. In such an event, WMC shall notify Members at least fifteen (15) days in advance through one or more registered contact channels (including Zalo, email, and SMS).
