II. Time, location and procedure for collecting prizes:

1. Collection location:

Floor 10, No. 8 Nguyen Hue, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City

• How to collect:

Customers can collect prizes at 10th Floor, 8 Nguyen Hue, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, HCMC at 09:00am to 5:00pm from September 9, 2019 until September 20, 2019.

2. Collection procedure:

• Winners must present their ID card/ Passport (original copy) with Culinary Passport stub (section that customer keeps)
• In the event a recipient receives the prize in lieu of the actual winner, he/ she must present the ID card/ Passport (original copy) of the winner and the Culinary Passport stub (part customers keep)
• Information (the name, ID number/ Passport number, serial number and above information) on both sections of the Culinary Passport must match with the ID card/Passport of the winner 

3. Responsibilities of winners:

• Winning customers are responsible for paying all taxes, fees and expenses of receiving prizes according to the applicable laws
• The organizer will bear personal income tax on behalf of winners
